IPC SECTIONS 498-A,406,323,377,506-COMPROMISE-MCD-QUASHING-HMA

Dear respectable advocates, Kindly help!! The fals FIR was registered in February 2019 under IPC sections 498A,323,406,377,506.The arrest was made & the bail was given after a month of judicial custody by Punjab & Haryana HC. In the meanwhile the families came to a compromise during judicial custody & the half payment of the settlement amount was also paid & next payment installments was meant to be paid during first motion & second motion.Regarding quashing it is mentioned to apply after the first motion under CrPc.482(i.e in December). The payment details are also mentioned in the bail order by HC judge during bail in March. My questions are: 1)It's mentioned that after applying for the petition we can apply for quashing in HC,so she has to give one statement for MCD & other for quashing or single statement for both?2)What if she get's hostile? And how this can go against her only?3)Her statement would be in trial court or high court?4)What are the chances of FIR getting quashed?

1.For quashing statement would be in high court at the time of quashing 2.you can file contempt of court if she turns hostile. 3.after settlement usually HC quashes the FIR at conplainant statement

What happens if wife refuses to get the FIR quashed in the High Court? (Hindu religion) A friend of mine has opted to get a mutual divorce from his wife and he paid the first two settlement amounts as per the settlement deed (arrived at by both the parties during family court counselling). As per the said settlement, the wife was supposed to get the FIR quashed at the high court after which my friend(the husband) would have paid the last installment of the settlement amount. However, now the wife has refused to get FIR quashed and the criminal case still pending against my friend. What action can be taken against the wife ?
